Description
Diabete-ezy Medi-alert Dog Tags are similar to military dog tags. The tags are made from light-weight stainless steel, making them great for people of all ages, particularly those who are active.
The first tag has the Diabete-ezy logo stamped into the stainless steel, while the other tag reads “I HAVE DIABETES. IN AN EMERGENCY PHONE AN AMBULANCE“. Above this, there is enough space to have an engraver add your name or whether you have Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, should you wish.

I have just bought a new pair of these. My first pair lasted 10 years unforntaelty i lost my last pair fantastic item 10 out of 10 cant rate high enough as this is an item paramedics are trained to look for medical alert bracelts /dogtags and they look cool.
